Glynn and his wife were born and raised in the Hill Country, with family roots in the region extending back to the nineteenth century. Their families have long been involved in agriculture, hunting, and Edwards County businesses.
After attending Sul Ross State University, Glynn completed his education at Texas Tech University in agricultural education with a minor in mathematics. He returned to the Edwards Plateau in 1999 and gained valuable finance and accounting experience at Peoples State Bank before beginning his real estate career in 2004.
That combination of local history, financial knowledge, and market relationships gives clients practical guidance from the first conversation through closing.
John Morgan was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, where his family has been involved in Edwards County ranching for more than 110 years. A Rocksprings High School graduate, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Business from Angelo State University.
His background includes fourteen years as General Manager for Southwest Texas Digital Television, nine years on the RISD school board, and ten years with the Edwards County appraisal district. John Morgan joined Western Hill Country Realty full time in 2011.
Paige serves as Western Hill Country Realty’s office manager and a central point of support for the team and its clients. She helps keep communication, listing information, and the day-to-day property process organized and approachable.
