Our Staff

Glynn Hendley, Broker

My wife and I are “hill country” born and raised with roots in this area extending back to the 19th century. Our families have been involved in agriculture, hunting, and local businesses in Edwards County for more than fifty years.

I am a graduate of Rocksprings High School. After attending Sul Ross State University in Alpine for two years, I completed my education at Texas Tech University majoring in agriculture education with a minor in mathematics. I returned home to the Edwards Plateau in 1999 and gained employment at Peoples State Bank, which gave me substantial experience and knowledge in finance as well as accounting. In 2004 I retired from Peoples State Bank in order to pursue my career in the real estate industry.

Growing up in this area and the deep roots our families have planted give us the necessary resources and contacts to fulfill your real estate needs. So, give us a call. We know the area, we know the people, we know the market, and we want to know you! We look forward to serving you.

John Morgan Davis, Agent

I was born and raised right here in the Texas Hill Country. Our family has been in the ranching business in Edwards County for over 110 years. I am a 1992 graduate from Rocksprings High School. I received a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Business from Angelo State University in 1998. I returned to the Texas Hill country to serve as General Manager for Southwest Texas Digital Television for 14 years. I served on the RISD school board for 9 years, the Edwards County appraisal district for 10 years, being the president for 4 years. I have always enjoyed the outdoors and especially the area right here where we have been fortunate enough to grow up in. I joined the Western Hill Country team full time in July of 2011 and am always looking forward to assist with anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the hill country area. I feel like our team has the necessary background, experience and resources to best assist anyone interested in our area. Give us a call or stop by and visit.
